This is to inform you that, we are a carding wire manufacturing company.
Our mfg facility is located at the Nalagarh-H.P.
We are mfg high carbon steel wire with flame hardening heat treatment process.
Our existing quenching oil tank has a 5ltr capacity and it is in rectangular shape.
The wire is continuously running from a payoff to take up station by heat treating and quenching simultaneously.
The oil is continuously rotating/circulating from the overhead tank to the bottom tank with the help of a pump.
There is not any effective agitation system inside the overhead tank from where our wire is quenching beneath the quenching tank.
We need to develop an effective agitation system inside the overhead tank.
Kindly advise your agitation mechanism system where we can achieve 0.8m/sec oil velocity speed.
